As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating our cutting-edge broadcast solutions, and developing compelling technical proposals.
Graduate with experience in integration of Broadcast / Professional Video-Audio-IT products. Industry Knowledge of Broadcast standards, IP-based workflows, 4K/8K production, Live production, Post-production, Remote production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Develop and deliver customized technical proposals and presentations
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest broadcast technologies and industry trends
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Strong technical knowledge of broadcast equipment and systems (cameras, mixers, encoders, decoders, etc.)
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer) and audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools)
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with expertise in Professional and Broadcast Audio/Video equipment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, strong Sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationship with clients in the Broadcast and Professional AV market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Sales strategies to drive growth in the Professional and Broadcast Audio/Video market.
- Identify and pursue new Sales opportunities, including identifying potential clients and generating leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients including Broadcasters, Production companies, and AV Integrators.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customer to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct product Demonstration and Presentation to showcase the features and benefits of our Audio/Video equipment.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal team including marketing and Business development to align on Sales goals and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5- 7 years proven experience in Sales within the Professional and Broadcast Audio/Video industry.
- Strong understanding of Professional and Broadcast AV equipment, Technologies, and Market trends.
- Excellent communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel as needed.
